I just love event management — I love organising and things like that, and by the time festival day comes I’m pretty well over it. Like it's the lead-in to me is really the interesting kind of thing, the six months of planning and organising and stress and the changes and things like that. By the time the Saturday comes, or the event comes, people often say to me ‘Oh you must be really busy today and really stressed’ and I think, well, actually, there’s pretty well nothing to do. If it hasn’t been done in that previous lead time, really, you know, it’s all over bar the shouting, so for me the fun of it is the six-month lead time.
